Escalation Manager

Responsability

  1. The Escalation Manager and On-Call Engineer shifts run from Monday 1200MT to Monday 1159MT

  2. The Escalation Manager must contact the On-Call Engineer and ensure they know they are on call and that VictorOps is set appropriately and expectations are understood.

  3. Non-DU Call Outs

    1. Under rare circumstances support may request after hours help for a non DU case. It is the Sustaining Engineering Manager’s call if they wish to allow this to happpen.
